Because rooms are empty, it can include areas that are hard to reach in a furnished home — inside cabinets, drawers and closets, full baseboards and floors — so the property is ready for occupancy.

Does the home need to be empty for move-in cleaning?

Empty or nearly empty is best, because it allows access to cabinets, closets and full floor areas. If some items are already in the home, let us know when you request a quote.

Is move-in cleaning different from move-out cleaning?

The tasks are similar. Move-in cleaning prepares a home for the people arriving; move-out cleaning prepares it for handover when you leave. Some customers book both.

Do you need utilities turned on?

Running water and electricity make it possible to clean properly. Please confirm utilities will be on for the scheduled date.
