Because these factors vary so much, we provide a free quote based on your details rather than a single flat price.

Standard cleaning covers routine tasks: wiping kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, cleaning sinks, toilets, tubs and showers, dusting reachable surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, and emptying trash. It is designed for homes that are reasonably maintained. Exact inclusions are confirmed when you book.

Deep cleaning includes everything in a standard clean plus detailed work on areas that routine cleaning does not reach every time — baseboards, doors and door frames, light switches, cabinet exteriors, buildup around fixtures and hard-to-reach dust. It is often booked as a first visit or a seasonal reset.

Yes. Recurring cleaning is available weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks or on a custom schedule.

Yes. Move-in cleaning prepares an empty home before occupancy, and move-out cleaning prepares a home for handover after belongings are removed. Both typically include inside cabinets and closets, bathrooms, baseboards and floors.

Yes. We clean apartments and condos of all sizes and coordinate around building rules such as access, parking and elevator use.

Yes. We provide commercial cleaning for offices, retail stores, restaurants, medical and dental offices, managed properties and event venues, typically on a recurring schedule built around business hours.

Every two weeks is a common choice for many homes. Weekly service suits larger households and homes with pets; every four weeks suits smaller or lightly used homes. Offices often need cleaning several times a week. We can recommend a frequency when you request a quote.
